Out of stock items
If an item that you have ordered is out of stock we will email you to let you know when we expect more stock.
Returns Policy
We will accept returns of books and unopened DVDs if returned within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be in resaleable condition. DVD returns will be accepted only if unopened or defective. We will replace defective items with a new copy of the same item, or issue a refund or credit note depending on your preference. When returning items, please return the invoice, and indicate the reason for the return. The cost of delivery will only be refunded if the item was received damaged, faulty or if the wrong item was sent.
